|
|
A 79-YEAR-OLD woman was a victim of a snatch theft on Tuesday afternoon. She was on her way back home from the market when the incident happened. She had just alighted from the lift at the 11th storey at Block 467 North Bridge Road when the suspect pulled off her gold chain which had a jade cross pendant on it. The necklace was valued at $600. As the elderly woman was too shocked to react, the suspect ran away using the staircase. He was described as a Chinese male who is about 25 years old and about 1.60 metres tall. | |
