Two graphic novel anthologies featuring first-time artists will be published and launched in October at this year's Singapore Writers Festival and its organiser is calling for submissions.

The initiative, known as IGNITE!, short for the Inaugural Graphic Novel Initiative, is organised by the Association of Comic Artists (Singapore) and financed by the Media Development Authority.
