The 17-year-old was playing games on her Playstation Portable, all the while holding her mobile phone in her left hand.

A man suddenly ran to her and snatched both items - valued at a total of $850 - before fleeing on a bicycle in the direction of Jalan Boon Lay and Jurong West Central.

She described the thief to be in his mid-20s. He was last seen wearing a light-coloured T-shirt and white bermudas.

In a separate incident, a man found the spoiler on his car ripped off after leaving it parked at a multi-storey carpark at Block 984, Buangkok Link.

The owner of the car, who is in his early 40s, had parked it on the second level of the carpark on the night of April 12. He then locked the car and went off.

When he returned on April 18 evening, he found the spoiler - valued at about $200 - missing.
