|
| By Carolyn Quek | |
| THE property agent agreed to give half of his winnings to be picked as a lucky draw winner and also asked his friends to do the same.
On Monday morning, Loh Teck Lee, 32, pleaded guilty in court to three graft charges and was fined $18,000. Three similar charges were taken into consideration in sentencing. Loh, 32, admitted to agreeing to give $2,500 worth of Shell Fuel vouchers to his friend Teh Gim Leng, then a MediaCorp Enterprises senior accounts manager, on Oct 21 last year, in return for picking him as a lucky draw winner. Loh also admitted to instigating two other friends to bribe Teh in a similar way. | |
