Charged with molesting teen

| HE HAD allegedly kissed a teenage girl, unzipped his pants in front of her and even made her rub his thighs on several occasions in 2005.
The man, Song Eng Heng, 52, was charged in a district court on Thursday with outraging the modesty of the 14-year-old girl as well as causing annoyance to her. He had allegedly committed the offences at and around the vicinity of a block in Yishun. The judge ordered Song not to approach the victim. He is out on $15,000 bail. | |
