Taxis in anti-crime drive
By Esther Tan
A FLEET of taxis bearing the tagline for this year's annual festive season crime prevention campaign - Low crime doesn't mean no crime - was flagged off on Friday by Finance Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam.

The campaign, organised by the National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC), aims to remind the public to vigilant while enjoying the festivities of the season.

The campaign will spread its crime prevention message via radio broadcasts and outdoor advertisements.

In the next few months, 200 taxis will also ply the streets carrying the campaign tagline.
