A 34-YEAR-OLD man was charged in court on Friday with trespassing and insulting the modesty of a woman who was bathing in a female restroom.

According to court documents, Tan Wee Lai allegedly entered a female restroom at a marine-related company in Jurong last Friday.

He then allegedly used his digital camera to take video footage of a woman bathing in a cubicle.

He faces a jail sentence and a fine. He will appear in court again next Friday.
