| SINGAPOREAN drug offender Micky Tan, 38, has spent the last 14 years in Bangkok's Bangkwang Prison and is looking at another six.
It could have been worse: He was jailed 50 years in 1994, but has had his term shortened four times on the Thai King and Queen's birthdays over time. Not everyone gets these 'discounts'. He earned them through good behaviour.If there is a similarity among prisoners anywhere, it is the worry about how life will be when they get out.
