STI closes 2.03% higher

| SINGAPORE shares closed higher on Tuesday with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) up 32.96 points, or 2.03 per cent, at 1,653.25. A total of 1.09 billion shares were traded. Losers beat gainers 208 to 206. | |
