Columbia said the release was recorded late last year after he wrote a song titled 'Life is Hard' for a new Olivier Dahan film, 'My Own Love Song", starring Renee Zellweger.

'Modern Times' sold over 2.5 million copies worldwide, Columbia said.

Dylan's two-decade-long 'Never ending tour' brings him to Europe this year, with stops in April in Berlin, Paris, Rome, Strasbourg and London. -- AFP
