Their names may not ring a bell, but they may well have been talented Singapore musicians who are in demand on the lucrative gig circuit.

There are nine Singapore musicians who are highly sought-after by the biggest names in Asia such as Taiwanese singers A*mei and Wang Lee Hom, Hong Kong artists Andy Lau and George Lam and Singapore artist Stefanie Sun.

The gigs have taken these home-grown groovers around the world, to such cities as Hong Kong, Taipei, Tokyo, New York, Bangkok, Sydney, Melbourne, San Francisco, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
