HSBC: Insurance payout issue resolved

WE WOULD like to assure Madam Habibah Abdul Gani ("Insurance payout not 'captured'"; last Thursday) that HSBC takes her feedback very seriously.

We have contacted Madam Habibah and have provided an explanation and resolved the matter with her.
