Cover open rubbish bins

UNCOVERED rubbish bins should not be allowed.

I have repeatedly asked the Chua Chu Kang Town Council to replace open bins with covered ones, but to no avail.

Can the National Environment Agency help to prevent these bins from turning into receptacles for stagnant water and an attraction for pests?

As the rainy season approaches, proactive anti-dengue measures are needed to guard against mosquito breeding.
