Parliament will sit at 1.30pm on Jan 9, the Clerk of Parliament said in a statement yesterday.

This will be the first sitting for next year and comes after a break this month.

Parliament last sat from Nov 7 to Nov 10, during which the House debated and passed constitutional changes to the elected presidency.
