SINGAPORE - Minister for Health Gan Kim Yong and Minister in the Prime Minister's Office Desmond Lee attended the Hari Raya Open House hosted by the Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar, at the Istana Bukit Serene in Johor Bahru on Sunday (June 25).

Mr Gan, Mr Lee, and their spouses had a joint audience followed by lunch with the Sultan, Her Royal Highness Raja Zarith Sofiah, and members of the royal family.

Mr Gan and Mr Lee conveyed their Hari Raya greetings and reaffirmed the strong people-to-people ties between Singapore and Johor, said Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement.

The ministry said the visit continues the longstanding tradition of Singapore's representatives attending the Sultan's Hari Raya Open House, and reflects the continued warm relations between Singapore and Johor.
