BRUSSELS (AFP) - British Prime Minister David Cameron said Friday he would not pay an "unacceptable" bill for 2.1 billion euros (S$3.4 billion) that the EU has demanded from London by December 1.

"I am not paying that bill on the first of December. If people think that is going to happen they've got another thing coming," Cameron told reporters at a summit in Brussels, thumping the lectern as he spoke.
