First, the memes. Now, the imitations. After Netherlands striker Robin van Persie's spectacular "Flying Dutchman" goal at the 2014 World Cup, it didn't take fans long to post their own versions.
Dubbed "Persieing", the fad comes on the heels of "planking" and "Tebowing", and sees fans - and even their babies - imitating van Persie's outstretched arms and curled body.
