Some 200 athletes from the region will take part in the South-east Asian Swimming Championships from June 14-26. The competition will be held at the brand-new OCBC Aquatic Centre at the Singapore Sports Hub, the first international competition to be held at the state-of-the-art facility.

The event will see athletes from Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Brunei, Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore competing across four aquatic disciplines - water polo, swimming, diving, and synchronised swimming.

This is the second time Singapore is hosting the biennial meet, having last hosted it in 2012 at the Singapore Sports School and the Toa Payoh Swimming Complex.

Admission to the event is free on the opening day (June 14) and from June 24-26. Tickets can be bought at sportshubtix.sg from Friday, and are priced at $10 (per day) and $60 (season pass).
