Singapore's sailing team are aiming to match their 2010 medal haul at next month's Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea.

Singapore Sailing Federation general manager Chung Pei Ming said: "We always try to match the previous performance so we'll do our best to achieve that."

Four years ago in Guangzhou, the sailors returned with two golds, two silvers and four bronzes.

They finished overall fourth - behind China, Thailand and Japan.

Chung was speaking at the official announcement of a 17-strong team for the Asiad.

The eight sailors present were presented with watches from the federation's official timekeeper Seiko.
