SINGAPORE - Mr Kenneth Koh was 40 years old when he was featured in The Sunday Times Hot Bods column on Jan 9, 2005.

Nine years later, the former pilot and adventure athlete is now happily retired and spends much of his time working out and keeping fit.

"I'm still pretty strong and coordinated. I can do all the sports I want to do," said Mr Koh, who is 49 years old today.

Find out how he looks now and how he keeps trim in 100 Hot Bods, a new e-book published on July 27 in The Straits Times Star (ST Star) app.

The e-book is a compilation of 100 of the hottest people profiled in our 10-year-old Hot Bods series. It is available for free download for iPad and Android devices.

Mr Koh is one of three Sunday Times "Hot Bods" the paper re-interviewed for the book. Readers can also see videos of the three of them exercising and talking about their lifestyle. Additionally, the book includes plenty of health and fitness tips to help readers eat right and get fit.
