Newcastle manager Alan Pardew's touchline antics have earned him his fair share of scorn and ridicule.
He infamously headbutted Hull City player David Meyler last season, and called Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini, eight years his senior, an elderly man (we're paraphrasing here).
