Liverpool's signing of Mario Balotelli has been one widely hailed by the club's fans.

Many camped outside Liverpool's training ground on Friday while Balotelli underwent a medical ahead of his £16 million (S$33 million) move.

Not satisfied with the just cheering or taking photos, one fan decided to show his enthusiasm for the controversial striker's imminent move by taking the ice bucket challenge right in front of Balotelli.

The supporter even had Balotelli's infamous t-shirt slogan "Why always me?" scribbled on his back, and recreated the ex-Manchester City man's famous Euro 2012 goal celebration.

Balotelli was leaving Liverpool's Melwood training ground in his car when the icy incident took place.
