The 2013/14 English Premier League (EPL) season comes to an end on Sunday night with some loose ends to be tied up. Here is a look at what is still up for grabs on the final weekend.
The title race
EPL leaders Manchester City (83 points, goal difference +63) only need a draw against 12th-placed West Ham at home to effectively wrap up their second title in three seasons.
A City draw against the Hammers means Liverpool (81 points, +50) need to score 13 goals against Newcastle to snatch the championship.
Liverpool (three wins, a draw and a defeat in last five EPL matches) on their part, need to beat Newcastle, and hope that in-form City (four wins and a draw in last four league games) somehow lose against the Hammers.
But here's the bad news - for the Reds, at least.
The last time West Ham beat City in the league was in 2009, when midfielder Jack Collison scored in a 1-0 victory.
In addition, City have only lost once at the Eithad this season - To Jose Mourinho's Chelsea (0-1).
Europa League
This is where there's an actual chance of change happening.
Fifth-placed Everton (69 points, goal difference+20) have secured passage to the Europa League. They lead sixth-placed Tottenham (66 points, +1), but have a vastly superior goal difference.
Manchester United (63 points, +21) actually have something to play for. seventh-placed Red Devils have endured a torrid season under former boss David Moyes, but could still qualify for Europe's second-tier club competition if they finish sixth.
Ironically, the Red Devils have arch-rivals Man City to thank for this lifeline. As City won the League Cup, the team that finishes sixth will qualify for the Europa League.
Ryan Giggs' team can achieve this by beating Southampton at St Mary's and hope Tottenham lose to Aston Villa at White Hart Lane.
Battle to avoid the drop
Championship Manager is a popular football management simulation game but all EPL managers dread relegation to avoid managing in the Championship.
Cardiff and Fulham have already booked their places in next season's Championship while 18th-placed Norwich (36 points, -32) are favourites to join the relegated duo.
The Canaries go level on points with West Brom (36 points, -15) should they beat Arsenal and if the Baggies lose to Stoke City, but they have to make up for a 17-goal shortfall in the goal difference department.
