Football: Daley Blind set to join Manchester United as club agrees £14m fee with Ajax

LONDON - Manchester United have agreed a £14million (S$29 million) deal for Ajax's Daley Blind, according to reports in the Netherlands.

The 24-year-old has continually been linked with a move to Old Trafford after impressing under Louis van Gaal at the World Cup.

Ajax manager Frank de Boer admitted the club would sell if his asking price was met and, according to De Telegraaf, the move is on.

The player will now seek to agree personal terms although that is expected to be a formality.
