SINGAPORE - Four bus services to Johor Bahru have resumed after they were earlier stopped due to Malaysian buses blocking traffic at the Causeway.
At about 10.10am, the Land Transport Authority tweeted that bus services 160, 170 and 170x and 950 have resumed normal operations into Johor Bahru.
It had sent out an earlier tweet at about 8am to say that these four services are currently not travelling to Malaysia "due to impeded traffic flow" at the Johor checkpoint.
Malaysian registered buses ferrying workers and students into Singapore protested the increase in toll charges that kicks in today, causing massive gridlock at the Causeway.

Earlier this morning, scores of Malaysian factory workers travelling to Singapore were also forced to walk across the Causeway, Malaysian media reported.
