Does Ms Doreen Oen, 58, look as good now as she did when she was featured in The Sunday Times Hot Bods column in 2007? Find out in 100 Hot Bods, a new e-book in The Straits Times Star (ST Star) app.

This is Ms Doreen Oen when she was featured in The Sunday Times Hot Bods column on Jan 21, 2007.

At age 50, she looked fantastic. What does she look like now, at age 58? Find out for yourself in 100 Hot Bods, a new e-book to be launched on Sunday, July 27 in The Straits Times Star (ST Star) app.

The e-book is a compilation of 100 of the hottest people profiled in our 10-year-old Hot Bods series. It is available for free download for iPad (click here to download) and Android tablets and smartphones (download here for Android).

Ms Oen exercises regularly although she does not keep to a fixed workout schedule.

"As you mature, your body changes. You have to put in more effort, you also have to be more aware, more sensitive to the needs of your body," said the gyrotonic instructor in an interview for 100 Hot Bods.

Seven years ago when she was first featured, she told The Sunday Times she ate three meals a day and avoided anything sweet and deep-fried, although she had a weakness for French pastry.
