What 13 hawker stalls will sell at Changi Airport Terminal 3's new Singapore food street

Travellers at Changi Airport can soon sample offerings from 13 of Singapore's best hawkers. The Changi Airport Group is introducing a new Singapore Food Street at Terminal 3. The 1,000 sq m food street will be located in the transit area.

Here is a list of the hawkers, and their offerings, which travellers can expect at the food street.

1. TIONG BAHRU MENG KEE ROAST DUCK
Tiong Bahru Meng Kee Roast Duck is known for its signature Roasted Duck, Honey Glazed Char Siew and crispy Roast Meat.

2. SIN MING ROAD RONG CHENG BAK KUT THE

Bak kut teh (pork rib soup) is made with meaty pork ribs slowly brewed in a unique broth of different herbs and spices, to make a dish that is fragrant and comforting. Rong Cheng Bak Kut Teh has been around for 30 years and serves a Teochew-style dish with a clear peppery broth infused with garlic and white pepper.

3. JALAN TUA KONG MINCED PORK NOODLE
This authentically Teochew noodles stall, which originated from a lane called Jalan Tua Kong, serves bak chor mee (minced pork noodles) is best known for its springy textured noodles tossed in flavourful sauce, topped with a generous serving of crispy pork lard.

4. BUGIS STREET HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE
This stall will serve the traditional dish with succulent steamed chicken, fragrant garlic rice and special chilli sauce.

5. OLD AIRPORT ROAD FRIED KWAY TEOW & CARROT CAKE
The famous Old Airport Road stall will offer its signature fried kway teow and carrot cake dishes.

6. EAST COAST LAGOON FRIED RICE NOODLE
This hawker will offer a wide range of stir-fried rice and noodle dishes in a variety of different sauces, spices and gravies.

7. EAST COAST LAGOON BBQ SEAFOOD
The classic Singapore seafood offerings of barbequed sambal (chilli) stingray, curry fish head, fried mussels with chilli and prawns will be on the menu.

8. ODEON BEEF NOODLES
Odeon Beef Noodles offers springy vermicelli noodles drenched in smooth and fortifying herbal beef bone broth, and topped with beef brisket and smooth tendons.

9. NEWTON CIRCUS SATAY/ SATAY BEE HOON

No Singapore food street is complete without satay bee hoon (rice vermicelli stir-fried with cuttlefish, kang kong, prawns and topped with satay sauce) and, of course, satay, marinated meats grilled to smoky goodness over a charcoal fire.

10. CHANGI VILLAGE NASI LEMAK
Another outlet where you can get this Singaporean favourite breakfast/lunch/dinner staple of fragrant rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf, with side dishes of deep-fried chicken, fish, egg, otah and other sides.

11. THAI CORNER
Not exactly traditional hawker fare, but Thai cuisine is popular with Singaporeans. This stall will offer home-style Thai dishes such as Phad Thai (rice noodles), Som Tum (Papaya Salad), Larb (Minced Meat Salad) and Gai Yang (Grilled Chicken).

This stall will offer traditional Indian favourites such as roti prata and nasi briyani (spicy steamed rice dish cooked in goat broth, milk and ghee).
