SINGAPORE - Some of Singapore's well known talents, such as pastry chef Janice Wong, poet Alvin Pang, and playwright Tan Kheng Hua will be part of a travelling talent showcase, "Singapore: Inside Out", which aims to feature Singapore's creative talents and artistic ability here and overseas.

Led by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) as part of the SG50 celebrations, it will feature those in the performing arts, food and beverage, music, fashion, and even retail industries.

"I think it's important that as we celebrate Singapore's golden jubilee, we should also present all parts of its identity as well," said Mr Randy Chan, the project's creative director.

It will debut in Beijing in April, before heading to London in June, and New York in September.

Each international presentation will last for five days, while the homecoming finale in Singapore in November will feature an extended 10-day presentation.

Admission is free.
