SINGAPORE - A glass window fell from a 13th-floor Housing Board flat in Geylang East and almost hit a man.

The incident happened at Block 124, Geylang East Avenue 1, on Monday afternoon, Chinese evening newspaper Shin Min Daily News reported on Tuesday.

A tour bus driver, who was reading newspapers at the void deck, told the Chinese daily he heard a loud bang. He said the glass window narrowly missed a man who was walking past the area.

A window frame and several broken pieces of glass were scattered at the scene near a senior citizens' corner.
