- The procession will pass by St Andrew's Cathedral along St Andrew's Road. The church will be holding regular church services, and the two gates at St Andrew's Road will be closed. - About 100 volunteers and staff from the Tanjong Pagar CC will be distributing state flags along Cantonment Road.
