SINGAPORE - Four people are holding the winning tickets for Friday's Toto $5 million anniversary draw.

The winning numbers were 1, 7, 13, 24, 28, 38, while the additional number was 32.

The special draw was held in front of some 150 people at Singapore Pools' main branch in Middle Road, to celebrate the gaming operator's 46th anniversary.

No one won the regular draw on Monday, so the prize snowballed to Friday's draw, making the jackpot of $5.75 million the second-largest since the anniversary draw was introduced in 2008.
