The Housing Board launched 6,454 flats for sale on Thursday, comprising 3,071 units in four Build-To-Order (BTO) projects and 3,383 balance flats.

There were two BTO projects each in Bukit Batok and Woodlands, offering two- to five-room flats and larger Three-Generation or 3Gen flats for multigenerational families.

Although no studio apartments were included in the BTO launch, there were almost 900 of them in this year's first Sale of Balance Flats - units left over from previous launches. Other balance flats ranged from two- to five-roomers and executive flats in both mature and non-mature estates, including one flat in the Pinnacle@Duxton and a 4-room flat from the Design, Build and Sell Scheme project The Peak @ Toa Payoh.

Applications close at midnight on May 28.
