SINGAPORE - The skies were grey on Tuesday due to a slight hazy condition. The three-hour Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) reading hit 76 at 10am, according to the National Environment Agency's (NEA) website.

At noon, it dipped to 66.

The 24-hour PSI reading in the morning was at 63 to 72, with the highest reading of 72 recorded in the east of Singapore. At noon, it was at 64-73, with the highest reading recorded in the east.

Air quality is in the moderate zone, and normal activities can go on as usual.

"Slightly hazy conditions can be expected on a few days, in particular in the early morning, due to accumulation of particulate matter under light wind conditions," according to NEA's weather forecast for May 1 to 15.
