Police are looking for this man to assist with investigations into a case of loanshark harassment near Serangoon Avenue 4 on April 15.

The man, who is in his 40s, of slim build with fair complexion and short wavy hair, was wearing a light-coloured polo shirt, with blue jeans and dark-coloured shoes.
