Police arrested a 22-year-old man on Monday for the alleged murder of an elderly woman.
The 88-year-old woman died on April 15, three days after she was found with head injuries on the ninth floor lift lobby at Blk 115 Teck Whye Lane. Police received a call for assistance on the day she was found, April 12, at about 11 in the morning.
She was taken to the National University Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries a few days later.
