Five alleged vandals face new charges, offered $12k bail each

Fresh charges were tendered on Friday against the five teenagers accused of vandalising the rooftop of a block of flats in Toa Payoh.
They face between four and nine additional charges each, mostly for criminal trespass.
Reagan Tan Chang Zhi and Chay Nam Shen, both ITE students, each have an additional eight charges, while Boaz Koh Wen Jie, Goh Rong Liang and David William Graaskov face nine, four and five new charges respectively.
The five 17-year-olds are accused of entering the secured rooftop of Block 85A Lorong 4 Toa Payoh by climbing over a wall in the early hours of May 7 - when they are said to have spray-painted indelible graffiti using stolen paint - and on two other occasions.
