SINGAPORE - A fire broke out at Block 506 at Serangoon North Ave 4 on Tuesday afternoon, resulting in a woman being sent to the hospital.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) was alerted to the incident at 1.24pm and sent a fire engine, two fire bikes, a red rhino, an ambulance, as well as a support vehicle to the scene.

The fire was put out within 10 minutes, said SCDF.
