SINGAPORE - A 35-year-old man who is believed to have broken into three clinics along Bedok South Road, Marine Terrace and Bedok North Street 1 was arrested on Friday.

He allegedly stole more than 100 bottles of cough mixture together with other medication like Panadol, sleeping pills, pain killers and cash amounting to about $2,250 between Aug 23 and Aug 29, the police said on Friday.

A raid of the suspect's residence unearthed 66 bottles of cough mixture together with other medications. Preliminary investigations revealed that the suspect may have gained entry into the clinics through the rear window or the front door.
