Roxy-Pacific inks deal to buy commercial building in Sydney

Roxy-Pacific Holdings has agreed to acquire a commercial building in Sydney, Australia for A$90.2 million (S$104.9 million).

The 28-storey building sits on a freehold site of about 1,950 square metres, with net lettable area of some 19,552.70 square metres.

Roxy-Pacific said the property represents a prime investment opportunity for the group.

"With its relatively high tenant occupancy levels historically and strategic proximity to Sydney's central business district, the board believes the property has potential to be a stable source of rental income for the group and would also be an opportunity for the group to enter the Australian property market."
