Hiap Hoe to launch sales of Australian project in Singapore

SINGAPORE - Property developer Hiap Hoe will launch an Australian residential development for sale this weekend in Singapore.

Marina Tower Melbourne, its first overseas integrated development, will be launched at Ramada Singapore At Zhongshan Park on Saturday, the Singapore-listed developer said in an announcement to the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The freehold project will comprise one 43-storey block and one 36-storey block, with 461 residential units in all. The units will range from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom apartments and will be priced between $400,000 and $2 million each.

The development will also include a seven-storey hotel with 269 rooms: the Four Points by Sheraton Melbourne Docklands.

Residents and hotel guests at Marina Tower Melbourne will have access to The Marina Club, which will feature amenities including a lobby lounge, a library, a private business centre, meeting rooms, a cinema and a lounge and billiard room.
