Heeton Holdings appoints agent to sell iLiv@Grange en bloc

SINGAPORE - Developer Heeton Holdings announced on Wednesday that its unit Heeton Realty, has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive marketing agent for the proposed en bloc sale of iLiv@Grange.

The 30-unit freehold project at 74 Grange Road got its temporary occupation permit in the final quarter of 2013.

The company said in a statement that the marketing agent appointment does not create any legally binding obligations to sell the property, and it cannot assure the sale will happen.

More details of the proposed disposal will be released later, depending on the outcome of the marketing activities.

The project was first unveiled in 2010, and Heeton had the intention of selling it at more than $3,000 psf.

In 2013, Heeton was looking to bulk-sell the units at $2,200 to $2,300 psf to a single buyer.
