SINGAPORE - Z-Obee Holdings, a technology company listed in Singapore and Hong Kong, said on Tuesday night that two winding-up petitions have been filed against it and its wholly-owned subsidiary Max Sunny.
The petitions were filed by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) in Hong Kong's High Court, Z-Obee said in a statement.
They involve an outstanding loan in the net amount of US$6.78 million (S$8.5 million).
The winding-up petitions will be heard at the High Court on April 29.
Shares of Z-Obee fell 1.5 cents to 7.5 cents in morning trading on the Singapore Exchange.
