SINGAPORE - Z-Obee Holdings, a technology company listed in Singapore and Hong Kong, said on Tuesday night that two winding-up petitions have been filed against it and its wholly-owned subsidiary Max Sunny.

The petitions were filed by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) in Hong Kong's High Court, Z-Obee said in a statement.

They involve an outstanding loan in the net amount of US$6.78 million (S$8.5 million).

The winding-up petitions will be heard at the High Court on April 29.
