Newborn baby boy found alive in paper bag in Shah Alam

SHAH ALAM: A newborn baby boy was found alive in a paper bag at a construction site in Shah Alam on Sunday, reports said.

The baby was in perfect condition and wrapped in a red towel, police chief Azisman Alias told reporters.

The bag was found around 11:30 am by a foreign worker who alerted the security guard. It is believed that the baby was born hours earlier, The Sun Daily said in its report.

The baby is now at the Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital in Klang, Bernama reported.

Police are looking for more information.
