NEW DELHI (REUTERS) - India's new government will engage energetically with its neighbours, including China, President Pranab Mukherjee said on Monday in a speech to parliament setting out Prime Minister Narendra Modi's policy agenda.

Mr Modi, elected in a landslide last month, invited South Asian regional leaders to his inauguration. He was due to meet China's foreign minister on Monday.
