* Jover Chew Chiew Loon, 33, the owner of Mobile Air, was charged with 25 counts of cheating involving a total of $14,449 at his now-defunct shop at Sim Lim Square.

* Fees for driving tests will go up from June 1. Theory test fees for both driving and motorcyle riding will go up by 50 cents to $6.50 while practical test fees will increase from $20 to $26 on June 1, and to $33 in June next year.

*The former Tanjong Pagar Railway Station will be open to the public on Vesak Day on June 1.
