In Pictures: Syrians flee Aleppo's rebel-held neighbourhoods

Thousands of people have been evacuated from the rebel-held area of Aleppo in Syria. Travelling in buses and ambulances, civilians and the injured have been driven out of town to neighbouring provinces.
