In Pictures: US Naval Academy plebes take part in annual Sea Trials
The Sea Trials is an annual rite of passage for Naval Academy plebes who undergo a series of physical and mental challenges at the end of their freshman year. The 14-hour endurance test see them go through obstacle courses such as crawling under barbed wires in thick mud, log lifting, and water exercises.
