The Alila Solo hotel in Indonesia, which opens today, is offering discounts.
Guests who stay at the hotel before March 31 will receive a 25 per cent discount.
The hotel is also offering a complimentary night's stay for every night booked if guests donate a minimum of US$50 (S$70) to support its community causes.
It funds a home for children and abandoned babies located 20 minutes from the hotel.
The hotel has 255 rooms and suites and a deluxe room starts from 1,056,000 rupiah (S$108) a night.

SINGLES' DAY PROMOTION
Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts has launched a promotion for Singles' Day, which is on Nov 11.
The group has launched a gamification site to offer discounts of at least 20 per cent off its best available rates and travel experiences at its hotels and resorts in Australia, Fiji and South-east Asia.
Guests can book through the site until Nov 11 and must stay before July next year.

MALDIVES FAMILY DEAL
The Sun Siyam Iru Fushi resort in the Maldives has introduced a deal for families.
For guests in its deluxe or sunrise deluxe beach villas, the resort will allow two children - aged 12 or younger - to stay for free.
For families staying in a beach pool villa, up to three children can stay for free.
Children can also enjoy a complimentary buffet or kids menu at the resort's Iru Restaurant, or receive a 75 per cent discount from the restaurant's a la carte menu.
There is no expiry date for this deal.

CIRCUS ACTIVITIES AT CLUB MED
Club Med has partnered entertainment company Cirque du Soleil to introduce a new experience - called Club Med Creactive by Cirque du Soleil - at the Club Med Punta Cana resort in the Dominican Republic.
This experience invites adventure-seekers to learn many of the exciting acrobatic disciplines showcased in famed Cirque du Soleil productions.
Vacationers will be challenged to participate in a variety of recreational circus acrobatic and artistic activities, such as using a high bungee, flying trapeze, aerial silks, tightrope or trampoline, under the supervision of Cirque du Soleil- trained staff.
Vacationers can also experience juggling, playing percussions, dance, mask painting and more.
