Bali's Ubud food festival in April features 100 culinary experts

(THE JAKARTA POST/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - The annual culinary adventure event, Ubud Food Festival, is set to return this year from April 13 to 15 in Ubud, Bali, featuring about 100 culinary experts from Indonesia and abroad.

Among the Indonesian culinary experts slated to attend the festival are Sisca Soewitomo, who will cook and serve Indonesian homemade food, Rinrin Marinka and Andrian Ishak, who is known for his skills in molecular gastronomy cuisine.

The event's fourth edition will also present Michelin-starred chefs such as Colombo-born Rishi Naleendra, Australian Sam Aisbett and Korean chef Jun Lee.

According to kompas.com, the 2018 Ubud Food Festival will also feature other events, from discussions and cooking demonstrations to workshops, film screenings and music performances.
